SHIPPING & RETURNS
We have a standard 24-48 hour processing time prior to the shipment of all orders. This processing time frame is subject to change due to sales or holidays.
Please review our shipping methods to receive an estimated time frame of the delivery of your package.
All US parcels are delivered with USPS and require a signature upon delivery.
Shipping time may vary according to US time frames and zones and does not include order processing time.
All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 7am - 3:30pm EST.
Tracking advice will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.
Orders can take up to two business days to process before being shipped; this may be longer if there is a huge promotion taking place.
In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS FOR STORE CREDITS MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:
Merchandise must be returned within 5 business days of receipt.
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, or soiled, and clothing tags must still be intact. Items must be in a condition
suitable for resale.
Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.
Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
Non-returnable merchandise include final sale products,
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear.
The Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to City of Gods.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
CITY OF GODS diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.
